I’ve had an interest in photography from an early age. I earned my first camera, a Kodak Brownie by selling “chances” door to door in my neighborhood.

I fulfilled my childhood dream when I moved to New York City in the mid seventies. It wasn’t long before my love for photography merged with my fascination and excitement for the City that I began documenting the urban landscape I had found so compelling. Through my camera’s lens I discovered another world of color, patterns, shapes, light and shadow and I wanted to portray the City on those terms. Through my work I hope to reveal New York City in ways that one would not have seen otherwise.

By 2018 I was ready to make a change and I moved to a small Connecticut town by the shore where there is an abundance of natural beauty. Though my New York chapter ended my love for photography has not. And here and now, worlds apart from there and then, I continue to expand my portfolio to reflect how I see things through the lens of my camera.
